Free Shipping in Italy for orders over €100: For all orders placed within Italy above €100, shipping is free.

International Shipping: For shipments abroad, we apply an additional cost that varies depending on the destination country. This cost is clearly indicated during checkout, ensuring full transparency on the total price.

Delivery Times

Handcrafted Custom Creations: Since each piece is handmade, we take up to 30 days from order confirmation to deliver (for bank transfer payments, timing starts from the credit date).

Holiday Periods:

To always guarantee high quality and care for each product, shipments are suspended during specific periods of the year. In particular, orders placed after August 5 will be processed starting from August 28, while orders after December 10 will ship starting from the second week of January.
